Macronutrients daily limits
In the "Macronutrients – Daily Limits" section, content in fats, carbohydrates and proteins are represented as a proportion of your daily reference intakes. Daily reference intakes show the maximum amount of calories and nutrients you should eat on average in a day.
Smach also takes into account the age, gender, height, weight, and level of physical activity of users in order to calculate more accurate reference intakes than the levels indicated above.
